This week's #tbt takes us to the former Stutson Street Bridge in Rochester, New York. The drawbridge that went over the Genesee River in the Charlotte neighborhood of Rochester was built in 1916 and was demolished soon after the nearby O'Rorke Bridge (named for Civil War era Colonel Patrick O'Rorke) was opened in October 2004. In this October 2004 photo, you will see the Stutson Street Bridge in its open position and no longer in service, as the new bridge opened a week earlier.
